Casa Bailar Dance / CB event moves to new premises on Industrivej in Roskilde and wants more tenants or partners.
We are therefore looking for:
- one or more tenants for a clinic room of 17 km2 with access to kitchen, toilets, common rooms and dance rooms. We want to rent to a masseur, physiotherapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist or similar. You may want to know something about sports / dance injuries. You do not have to be able to dance for yourself, but that is definitely a plus.
- one or more tenants of our dance halls on an hourly basis, especially during the day or weekend hours for, for example, yoga, pilates, Ballroom fitness, Zumba Gold, belly dancing or similar teams.
- last but not least, we are looking for a dance teacher / instructor for children’s teams in the afternoon / early evening. You must be able to teach e.g. Latin Mix, HipHop, Tik Tok or other.
We do not want to “only” be a traditional dance school, but would like to be able to offer more than just couple dancing and solo teams. Our new premises on Industrivej will be a gathering place for dance, exercise and health. Therefore, we want our partners and tenants to be included as part of a larger whole in one form or another.
The dance halls are rented out on an hourly basis with 1 to several days a week. But can also be booked by a dance teacher / instructor during the free hours.
The clinic room can be rented on an hourly or daily basis (fixed days or hours).
