We are once again hosting 3 exciting workshops with Magnus Labbe at Casa Bailar Studio
1. LETS GO HIGH
Flow is the key element in this fun high pole flow workshop based on tricks, transitions with dynamic flows on a static pole pole.
2. LETS GO LOW
Flow is the key element in this fun low pole flow workshop based on cool floor work transitions with interesting low and dynamic flows on a static pole. We want to incorporate the floor as a device/element.
3. MODERN DANCE
In this special and creative modern flooring class by Magnus, Magnus is inspired by modern dance techniques. Learn how to float around the floor using release techniques from the modern dance world and explore a language of flow movement. We will roll and dance on the floor.

Remember:
– it’s a good idea to bring socks
– bring knee pads to protect your knees
