This team is for new and easily practiced on hoop. Among other things, you learn to hang upside down, and become comfortable sitting and turning around in the hoop. Only tricks and combinations that belong to the Hoop Level 1 list are taught. The training is divided into levels, to make building strength at the right pace and avoid injuries. Most need to be at level 1 for more than 8 weeks. This is when the instructor assesses when you are ready to move on to Level 2.
