It is with great joy and enthusiasm that we from the Scandinavian Rueda Festival group invite you to relive the Rueda Festival tradition in Roskilde.
We want to revive the previous tradition with an annual festival where we celebrate the Cuban Rueda de Casino together, as was previously done by Salsa Latina.
Over the years, we’ve seen salseros and salseras all over the country dancing rueda and creating spontaneous rueda flash mobs.
From the lively summer dances in Copenhagen’s Fælledparken, to the pulsating rhythms and rueda on the harbor in Roskilde.
We have a deep love for Rueda de Casino and want to support this activity, so we invite all salseros and salseras, as well as salsa associations and salsa schools, to Scandinavian Rueda Festival 2025 in Roskilde.
We’re planning some unforgettable days filled with joy, inspiration and dancing, where we can enjoy each other’s company and show off our best moves in the spirit of Rueda.
It will be a great opportunity for new learning, sharing experiences, inspiration and to really let loose on the dance floor.
