TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT CASA BAILAR

Item 1: Registration:

Purchase/booking of lessons is made via our website or via holdsport (if it is for pole lessons)
All registrations are binding (cf. the Danish Sale of Goods Act)
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter when registering is correct.
Registrations for classes, workshops and any private lessons are personal and can only be transferred by agreement with Casa Bailar (kontakt@casabailar.dk).
The registration is valid for the class or period of time stated in the description at the time of purchase.
Casa Bailar may cancel/change your enrollment in case of cancellations/changes/lack of space for the purchased class, workshop, private lessons, events, etc. or if we determine that it is not the right class/workshop for you, you may be moved to another class or event.

Item 2: Receipt for payment:
After registration/purchase, you will receive a receipt by email (check your spam box in your mailbox if you do not receive the confirmation).
Your registration is now registered.
It is your responsibility to check that your receipt matches what you think you have purchased/registered for.
Save your receipt, it must be presented upon request.

Clause 3: Right of withdrawal:

Here, the general sales law applies.

Item 4: Cancellation:

The buyer’s cancellation of training/event/workshops etc. will not be compensated.

However, tickets for some events are transferable (this will be stated in the individual event).

Item 5: Subject to changes:

Casa Bailar reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the first announcement. For various reasons, we may need to, among other things:

  • move the class/event to another time and/or location (Here you will be given the option to change/cancel your registration).
  • deploy substitute teachers (in case of absence of a regular teacher).

Item 6: Specifically about classes for children and young people:

  • Registration of children/young people under 18 must be done by a person over 18 years of age. The adult is then responsible for the registered child/young person in connection with the child’s/young person’s participation in the course/event.
  • As a parent/adult, you are responsible for ensuring that the contact information entered when registering a child/young person is up to date. It is therefore also your responsibility to contact us if your contact information changes during a season.
  • Students are not covered by insurance while training at Casa Bailar.
  • Parents are responsible for the items that children buy, use or destroy in the Casa.
  • Parents/other adults are allowed to stay at the dance school during dance classes. However, we ask that parents/other adults wait in the lounge or hallway unless it is a parent-child class. During the summer, the courtyard can also be used for recreation.
    If the child initially wants the parents to stay in the same room, this must be agreed with the teacher.

Item 7: Personal data policy:

What we collect:

When you sign up for a class/workshop/newsletter or become a member at Casa Bailar, we register your name, phone number and email address. Your information is stored in our customer databases in Woocommerce, Holdsport, Dinero and E-conomics depending on where you made the purchase/signup.
Your information is not passed on to third parties.

What we use your data for:
Your data is used to send you emails confirming your purchases/bookings, for contact in connection with information about events/training etc. you have purchased via our website, Holdsport or via invoice sent by us.
We also use your data in connection with any member profile, to give you a member discount and to send you newsletters (if you have signed up for this feature).
You can change or delete your profile with Casa Bailar at any time, or ask us to delete your information.
You can have your data deleted/withdraw your consent by contacting us at kontakt@casabailar.dk.
Note! However, data related to invoicing will still be stored in our databases in Woocommerce, Holdsport, Dinero and E-conomics depending on where the purchase was made.
(However, there are special rules for membership and termination in Holdsport (see rules here)).

How long do we store your data?
We store your data for as long as we need it for accounting/other administration in accordance with the Accounting Act or until you ask us to delete it/withdraw your consent.

Changes to the privacy policy:

Our privacy policy is subject to change, but will always be available on our website. If we make changes that affect the processing of your data, you will be contacted.

Item 8: We use images/videos on the web:

By registering/purchasing at Casa Bailar, you authorize us to take situational photos/videos of you in connection with training/events.
Images/videos taken by Casa Bailar are protected by copyright. Casa Bailar may publish their pictures/videos on various public media.
If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us by email kontakt@casabailar.dk

NOTE! Photos/videos you take during classes/events may only be used for personal use and may not be published or shared without consent (except for public events).

TICKETS FOR WORKSHOPS, DANCE TEAMS, EVENTS AND MEMBERSHIP:

PAYMENT

In CB’s webshop we receive payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA & Mastercard. Payment will be deducted from your account once the order is completed. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner and incl. VAT). The ticket will be sent directly to your email. We do not send physical tickets. The tickets must be printed out or presented for our events etc.

Pursuant to “Section 17 (2) of the Consumer Contracts Act, cf. section 9 (2) no. 2a”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Validity of tickets

Casa Bailar does not accept responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased outside the Casa Bailar webshop or for our events. If you buy the tickets via our webshop or for our events, you are always guaranteed the validity of the tickets.

Replacement tickets:

CB will as a service issue replacement tickets if your ticket or email regarding. the ticket is lost. Contact on kontakt@casabailar.dk if you need to have your tickets replaced. When issuing replacement tickets, the original tickets are invalidated. It is not possible to cancel the order for replacement tickets.

Change of ticket name

For events where personal tickets are required, it is possible for the original buyer to change the name of one or more tickets by contacting kontakt@casabailar.dk. The buyer simply has to provide the last 4 digits of the card number the payment was originally made with, as well as the order number of the purchase. The price is DKK 50 per name to be changed to be paid via mobilpay.

Refund and cancellation

Purchased tickets are refunded for up to 5 working days after the ticket purchase upon cancellation of a given event. In such cases, tickets are generally always refunded to the buyer.
Any fees are not refunded.

SPECIAL MATTERS REGARDING MEMBERSHIP

The memberships are personal and can not be transferred to 3rd parties.

CLOTHES, SHOES & OTHER ITEMS:

PAYMENT

CB receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA & Mastercard in our webshop. Payment will be deducted from your account once the order has been completed for shipment. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner and incl. VAT).

DELIVERY

CB strives to ship orders placed before 17 the same day or on the following working day. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices are from DKK 49. Items will be delivered to the delivery address or a given delivery point, which is stated when ordering, unless otherwise agreed. We do not deliver abroad (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland). Your goods can be sent with PostNord, DAO, Bring or GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If you have any problems, please contact kontakt@casabailar.dk.
Goods are shipped from CB every weekday.

Right of complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must complain in a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect / error. CB does not cover return costs.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

Refund

In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of reg. No. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Return policy

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase.

The period is calculated from the day:
– Where you receive the order.
– Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
– Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

The notice must be given per. mail to kontakt@casabailar.dk. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.

You are also liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way in which it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore try out the item without actually using it.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation and the return email in the package. You will receive the return email from us when we have received your request for a right of return, and we have approved your return claim.

We do not accept packages sent by post. Cash on delivery. Return the item to:

Goods except the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have a distinct personal touch (including custom-made goods).
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery (including masks).
– Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal is broken.

Refund, exchange or reduction in the price

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the full amount to your account as soon as possible. If the item was purchased with a credit card, the amount will be charged back to the same credit card to avoid misuse of stolen credit cards.
